These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quaerit Solutions Discord bot ("the Bot") and its features within the Discord server(s). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Bot immediately.
1. Eligibility
• You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You must comply with Roblox’s Terms of Use and group rules.
• Users under 13 are not permitted to use the Bot, in accordance with Discord’s age requirements.
2. Features
• Rank management for staff in the Roblox group.
• Forge Command management.
• (Planned) Display of in-game stats for users.
These features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without prior notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to break the Bot.
• Use the Bot to harass, spam, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
Violations may result in removal from the server, Roblox group, or being permanently banned from using the Bot.
4. Disclaimer
The Bot is provided “as is” with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or availability.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, account issues, or damages resulting from use of the Bot.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
